People come to therapy for many reasons. You may feel anxious or low. You may be living with trauma or grief. You might feel stuck, overwhelmed or unsure what you want. Your relationship might feel at a crossroads. You don't need the right words or a perfect story. We can start exactly where you are.
I am an integrative and humanistic counsellor. We will pay close attention to what is happening in the moment. When it is useful, we will add practical tools. We will notice patterns, build on your strengths and find kinder ways forward. I welcome all backgrounds and identities.
Starting therapy can be scary. We can begin with a free fifteen minute conversation. This helps me understand what you are looking for and whether I feel like a good fit for you. If you choose to continue, we can agree a regular time for ongoing sessions.
I offer couples therapy and relationship therapy for couples, partners and people in non-traditional relationship structures who feel stuck in repeated arguments, emotional distance, broken trust or difficult life transitions.
Couples therapy can help when conversations keep going in circles, when emotional distance has grown, or when you both want a steadier space to talk with support.
