No matter what you're struggling with, we will go at your pace. We will keep it collaborative. The way I work is;

Step 1: A brief call to explore what you need and whether this feels like a good fit.
Step 2: A first session. We spend fifty minutes understanding what is happening, what helps, and what you hope for.
Step 3: Ongoing sessions. We usually meet weekly at the same time. Fortnightly can work for some people. We will review together and adjust as needed.

People come to therapy for many reasons. I have experience in working with the following;
Anxiety and mood, abuse histories, complex trauma and C-PTSD, bereavement and loss, relationships and life changes, neurodiversity, body image, compulsions and addictions, identity and belonging, health and long term conditions and support for people with traits or a diagnosis linked to personality disorders.
You do not need a diagnosis or the right words. I know sometimes it is hard to know exactly what is going on for you.
I work with adults only.
It depends on your aims and circumstances. Some people come for a short period. Others prefer longer term work. We will review regularly so that it continues to be useful.
Yes, within professional and legal limits. We will discuss this in the first session.
Only if you want it. Some people find it helpful to have some guided practice to work on between sessions, but other people prefer to process in other ways.
There is benefit to having the same session time and place each week. However, yes, we can work around your life and your needs to decide what works best.
